We offer:

Standard Shipping (3 to 4 business days) for $6.90

Additionally, if you live in the local South Bend area, we can arrange a personal delivery. Just contact us through the Contact page.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship nationally within the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

As of right now, we cannot process cancellations or edits to orders. If something is wrong, please contact us through the Contact page.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us through the Contact page by the end of the business day that you placed your order on.

Is there a sizing chart?

No, we do not have a sizing chart because our hats come in only one size.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Contact the shipping service (USPS) if your package is lost or stolen. We currently offer USPS insurance.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our hats due to sanitary reasons.

What materials and fabrics do you use?

The specific materials and fabrics in each hat are listed under the products on our site. We use polyester, cotton, felt, straw, and leather. Material depends on the type and style of hat purchased.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes! We sell gift cards. You can find them in the Hat Accessories collection of our Catalog. Send the gift of a Laconic Blu hat to your friends!

Are hats waterproof?

No, our hats are not waterproof.
